Evergage, the 1-to-1 Platform company, today announced that a leading worldwide research and advisory firm, Forrester Research, has ranked Evergage as a Leader in its new report “The Forrester Wave: Digital Intelligence Platforms, Q4 2019.” Evaluating “the nine most significant” providers, the report notes that “Evergage’s all-in-one approach delivers customer-centricity.”
For this Wave, Forrester evaluated vendors against 23 criteria, sorted into 3 high-level categories, that are current offering, strategy and market presence. The report “shows how each provider measures up” and categorizes vendors as Leaders, Strong Performers, Contenders or Challengers.
Forrester defines the digital intelligence market and discusses its importance, noting, “Insight-driven firms deliver the right digital experience to the right customers within the right context.
