UJET, Inc., the world’s most advanced contact center platform, today announced Kristin King as the company’s first chief customer officer (CCO). The addition of the CCO role to its c-suite emphasizes UJET’s commitment to the success of its customers and validates customer relationships as a core growth driver for UJET.
“I am extremely proud to announce Kristin King as UJET’s first chief customer officer,” said Anand Janefalkar, chief executive officer, UJET. “Our customers are the fastest growing, most digitally disruptive brands in their respective industries, and they come to UJET not just for technology, but as a strategic partner who can help them create a competitive advantage through CX innovation, artificial intelligence, and more efficient operations. Over the last two years, Kristin has forged remarkably strong relationships and driven exceptional CX and business results with and for our customers. As CCO, she will continue to scale and expand UJET’s professional services, customer success, and support organizations to maintain and strengthen these relationships and results as we grow.”
King joined UJET in 2021 as Vice President of Customer Success and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Customer Success in September 2022. King’s passion for customer advocacy contributes to a common vision of company growth and progress through customer success. As CCO, King will focus on further aligning customer success with other departments across the company, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure this customer-centric culture is strengthened and maintained as UJET experiences continued rapid growth. Prior to UJET, King served in a variety of roles including sales, account management, and customer success leadership over a 21-year career at Windstream, a leading provider of telecommunications and software solutions.
“I am honored to be UJET’s first chief customer officer and by the company’s commitment to the value of customer relationships and world class support,” said Kristin King, chief customer officer, UJET. “At a time when layoffs in the space are disproportionately impacting customer success teams and the brands they support, we’re more grateful than ever for the trust and advocacy our customers have demonstrated, and we’re equally dedicated to their success.”
“Over the two years Outdoorsy has been with UJET, the responsiveness from their team has been outstanding. They are always available when we need them, quick to respond and happy to help. Our positive experience with UJET support was one of the primary reasons Outdoorsy chose to renew its contract with UJET,” said Dana Golding, director of customer support and operations, Outdoorsy. “On behalf of the customer service team at Outdoorsy, I wish to congratulate Kristin King on her promotion to chief customer officer. We look forward to continuing our work with her and the UJET support organization.”
The appointment of Kristin King to CCO comes during a period of significant momentum for UJET. The company led the vendor satisfaction ratings in a 2022-2023 contact center industry report from DMG Consulting with six perfect scores. UJET is a leader for the 11th consecutive quarter in the G2 Winter 2023 Report and earned the enterprise product Best Estimated Return on Investment award. And recently, CNBC named UJET to its first-ever Top Startups for the Enterprise list featuring 25 innovative private companies developing the latest technology and big ideas in business intelligence, IT, big data, cybersecurity, customer relationship management, artificial intelligence and cloud software solutions.
