Triad Partners, the financial services organization dedicated to helping advisors tap into success, freedom and significance, will host its annual Scale Summit from April 8th to April 10th at the Intercontinental Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. The 2025 experience will be Triad’s largest to date, bringing financial advisory teams across the country together for three days of learning, networking, and sharing strategies for growth. This year’s theme centers on going above and beyond for clients to build legendary firms.
This year’s agenda includes 19 breakout sessions, networking dinners, a Mastermind session and offsite experiences at venues like the College Football Hall of Fame. Additionally, all attendees can join Triad Wealth’s bootcamps, where small groups of advisors will learn from industry experts’ insights on enhancing client service. Both 101 and advanced sessions will be available.
“At Triad, we are committed to providing financial advisors with the industry’s best resources, helping them compete and thrive while creating more freedom in both their business and their lives.” said Brad Johnson, co-founder of Triad Partners. “This experience brings our advisor communities together in a meaningful way. While we provide hands-on guidance to help them grow, we also learn from them, giving us valuable insight to further our mission of redefining success for advisors.”
Triad’s strategic partner, Michael Hyatt, founder and chairman of Full Focus, will lead the featured Mastermind session. A high-performance CEO coach, Hyatt will share his experience growing a $250 million publishing company, managing his own leadership development company and authoring multiple bestselling books.
Additional featured Scale Summit speakers include:
- Will Guidara, hospitality and leadership visionary, who will lead multiple two-hour workshops on various topics. These include the transformational power of a daily huddle, the need to normalize feedback and why adversity is a terrible thing to waste.
- Dr. Daniel Crosby, chief behavioral officer at Orion, who will co-lead a transformative session on how emotions and cognitive biases shape investor decisions. Attendees will discover strategies to elevate client conversations, build emotional resilience and guide investors with confidence.
- Spenser Segal, founder and CEO of ActiFi, Inc., who will lead a session on harnessing artificial intelligence (AI) to improve efficiency, personalization and growth in financial advisory firms. A visionary in financial services technology, Segal has helped over 100 wealth management firms optimize their technology for scale.
Last month, Triad Partners strengthened its leadership team with the hiring of its first chief technology officer, Quin Kilgore, and the appointment of Jessica Daniels as chief operating officer. The additional leadership will help improve the integration between Triad’s wealth management and insurance divisions, increasing efficiency and creating a more unified approach to planning across the organization.
