Cyber Marketing Leader Joins deepwatch’s Executive Team
deepwatch, a leading provider of intelligence-driven managed security services, today announced the appointment of Christy Lynch as chief marketing officer (CMO).
Lynch will report to deepwatch CEO Charlie Thomas, and be responsible for the structure, strategy and execution of all aspects of deepwatch’s marketing efforts to broaden market awareness and drive demand for the company’s cloud-based security operations platform.
“Christy brings significant industry experience and insight to deepwatch,” Thomas said. “Her success in positioning, branding and overall strategy at two different cyber unicorns will be invaluable to deepwatch as our growth accelerates.”
Lynch brings more than 25 years of technology marketing and brand building experience at both high-growth start ups and publicly-traded companies in the cybersecurity and enterprise technology industries. Most recently, Lynch served as the vice president of communications and customer experience at Checkmarx where she led global communications, branding, demand generation campaigns and customer marketing. Prior to Checkmarx, Lynch served as vice president of corporate marketing at CyberArk where she helped expand market opportunities and increase brand value and visibility contributing to the company’s rapid growth, successful IPO and market leadership.

Lynch holds a bachelor of arts degree from Colby College and an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin School of Business.
