On a mission to build India’s largest tech first distribution ecosystem, Ripplr closed its C-Suite hire with the appointment of Vishal Sharma as the Chief Technology Officer. The search for the Tech Head was undertaken by Bespoke CTO search firm, Purple Quarter.
Ripplr is a full-stack distribution platform that bridges the gap between brands and unorganized retail by solving both distribution and information asymmetry. Ripplr is expanding its industry reach by partnering with brands such as HUL, Britannia, ITC, Reckitt, Godrej, etc. as authorized distributors.
Leading tech leadership search firm Purple Quarter played a crucial role in closing Ripplr’s CTO mandate. With accelerated growth, Ripplr sought a seasoned technology leader with experience in managing logistics and distribution technology platforms, scaling the business, and developing a deep understanding of business processes and success criteria. Purple Quarter’s vast tech talent pool and robust network made the search for Vishal Sharma effortless.

An IIT BHU alumnus, Vishal Sharma, was the erstwhile Head of Engineer at Avail Finance prior to his appointment. He has around 13 years of industry experience and hands-on expertise in delivering large scale services optimized for performance and efficiency in finTech, eCommerce, Supply-Chain and data analytics. In his previous stints, he was associated with Livspace, Myntra, and Oracle and played integral roles in strategic direction and future growth entwined with the organization’s tech vision.
