Pronetx to Acquire VT Team

Pronetx, Inc., a boutique Customer Experience (CX) firm and Amazon Connect Service Delivery Partner, announced an agreement to acquire VT Team, an Amazon Connect Solution Delivery partner. The acquisition, coinciding with Amazon Connect’s 8th anniversary, will double Pronetx’s operational capacity and broaden its product portfolio—while preserving the agile, specialized approach that has established Pronetx as a trusted partner for enterprises and system integrators seeking deep CX expertise.

Founded in 2024, Pronetx has rapidly gained recognition within Amazon Web Services (AWS), offering professional and managed services, CX SaaS solutions, and support for some of the world’s largest cloud-based Contact Centers in healthcare, public sector, federal, and financial technology. Known for delivering complex, high-volume systems in secure environments—such as projects for the DC Government and the Social Security Administration—Pronetx brings proven expertise in harnessing cloud-based technologies for transformative customer experience initiatives.
