Hyland joins Plastic Sunshine with over 12 years of experience leading creative teams across digital and social. She most recently served as ECD at Swift Agency where she led work for Starbucks, Google, Adidas, YouTube, and Nest, garnering numerous awards and honors, including recognition by The One Show, Cannes Lions, and Shorty Awards.
