Lucy®, the world’s leading AI-powered Answer EngineSM, announces today its selection to the SAP.iO Foundry San Francisco Innovation in B2B Sales and Service program. Recently launched by the world-renowned SAP SE (NYSE: SAP), the 5-month program supports companies with innovative solutions in sales and service processes and experiences to help improve the customer journey.
Lucy was one of 11 companies selected by a jury of SAP experts, partners, customers, and investment funds to join the cohort.
The program will lay the foundation for Lucy to build and develop a long-term partnership with SAP by defining joint use cases, product integration, and various business development opportunities. Lucy will collaborate with SAP’s product teams to facilitate seamless integrations between the Lucy platform and the SAP Customer Experience and SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) portfolios (including SAP CRM Sales & SAP CRM Service Manager, cloud edition), SAP Marketing Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors for human capital management.
