InRule® Welcomes Kevin Goldman as Chief Product Officer

InRule Technology®, an AI decisioning company providing integrated decisioning, machine learning and process automation software to the enterprise, has bolstered its leadership team with the addition of Kevin Goldman as chief product officer. In this role, Kevin is responsible for the total product experience across the buyer and customer journey, from pre-sales, through post-sales delivery, loyalty, and advocacy.

Kevin, an accomplished leader in customer and user experience, founded the software product consulting firm 29th Drive, working with notable clients such as Microsoft, SONOS, Intergraph, ACI Worldwide, and Minitab. After three years, 29th Drive was acquired by Tallwave.

Kevin served on the Board of the Fast Identity Online (FIDO) Alliance, a consortium of technology companies, government agencies, financial institutions, payment processors, and other stakeholders focused on improving security by advancing global authentication standards. He also founded the FIDO Alliance User Experience Working Group with a focus on the user experience of passkeys and grew the organization to include more than 130 cybersecurity product managers, engineers, and user experience designers from around the world.
