Impartner, the global leader in partner ecosystem solutions, today announced key organizational changes designed to strengthen its leadership team and enhance customer success. These pivotal decisions reflect Impartner’s continued focus on elevating its market position and delivering outstanding value to its customers.

After years of exceptional leadership, Dave R Taylor is stepping away from his role as Chief Marketing Officer, leaving behind a legacy of innovation and excellence. Under his strategic guidance, Impartner solidified its position as a market leader, driving innovation and delivering award-winning partner management solutions. The company expresses its deepest gratitude for his contributions and leadership. Dave will continue to be active in driving certain key company initiatives.

Moving into the role of Vice President of Marketing is Trevor Burnett, who previously served as Impartner’s Head of Product Marketing. With a proven track record of driving go-to-market strategies and elevating the company’s brand presence, Burnett is poised to lead marketing operations into an exciting chapter of excellence.

In addition, Robb Franks has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Experience, working alongside Impartner’s COO Brad Pace to further strengthen the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Franks brings extensive expertise in partner management and customer engagement, ensuring that clients receive the strategic guidance and resources necessary to accelerate increased revenue. In his new role, he will focus on optimizing the customer journey, helping clients leverage Impartner’s capabilities to achieve success and fully realize the return on their investment. Together, Franks and Pace will collaborate to enhance the company’s customer success initiatives, driving long-term results and fostering client satisfaction.

Burnett and Franks will report directly to Impartner’s CEO, Joe Wang, as part of the executive leadership team. These strategic changes come at a time of significant expansion for Impartner. The company remains focused on driving profitable revenue growth and has recently secured major enterprise customer wins. Impartner continues to innovate with key product releases, such as Orchestration Studio, further strengthening its market-leading position and enhancing its ability to meet the dynamic demands in the industry.

“These leadership changes reflect Impartner’s unwavering commitment to innovation, customer success, and market leadership,” said Joe Wang, CEO of Impartner. “We are incredibly grateful to Dave for his impact on the company and excited to see Trevor and Robb step into their new roles. Their expertise will be instrumental in driving Impartner’s next phase of growth.”
