Enterprise Connect, the leading conference and exhibition for enterprise communications and customer experience (CX), brought IT decision-makers together to improve business communications and CX. With the theme “Charting Your Course,” Enterprise Connect 2025 was committed to empowering IT decision-makers with the strategies, tools and information they need to lead technology migration and digital transformation in an AI-powered world. Over three days of an expo and four days of the conference program, March 17-20, the event offered expert-led educational sessions, along with extensive peer networking and an exhibit floor featuring all the major industry players.
Attendees experienced a robust lineup of keynotes and more than 50 conference sessions spanning six tracks including: Strategy & Management; AI & Automation; Security & Compliance; AV/Video; Collaboration Platforms/UC; and CX/Contact Center.
