As a seasoned hands-on technologist, Dr. Johnson possesses vast experience in creating strategic visions and leading IT solutioning while ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values. She joins Pipedrive after an impressive 11-year tenure at Workhuman, a cloud-based HR management software company, where she most recently served as VP of Global Business Systems. Additionally, she boasts nearly two decades of experience as an independent technology consultant, working with global organizations and specializing in the feasibility, development, and evaluation stages of the system delivery life-cycle.

Johnson holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University College Cork, Ireland.
