Digital Remedy, a performance marketing partner for brands and agencies, announced the promotion of Mike Juhas to Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and the appointment of Tanya Couture, Vice President of Product. These leadership changes underscore the company’s commitment to customer-centric innovation and advancing its product capabilities in an evolving digital landscape.
Previously Senior Vice President, in his new role as CCO, Juhas will oversee strategic planning, account management, activation, and optimization – ensuring that customer needs remain at the core of Digital Remedy’s operations. With over a decade at the company, he has been instrumental in driving a 90% renewal rate, achieving over 40% year-over-year growth from 2023 to 2024, and leading an expansive team. Additionally, Juhas will take on a more strategic leadership position, ensuring customer insights actively shape media planning, strategy, and optimization. He will lead efforts to provide best-in-class service, transparency, and actionable insights while driving customer satisfaction through strong performance and results.
“I’m excited to step into this role and sharpen our focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences,” said Juhas. “My goal is to ensure that customer insights shape every decision we make, helping us exceed expectations and maintain high service standards. By aligning strategy, account management, and activation under a customer-centric framework, we can continue delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs and drive measurable success.”
Digital Remedy also welcomes Tanya Couture as Vice President of Product, a seasoned AdTech professional with over 15 years of experience, where she will lead product strategy, innovation, and execution to align with company goals and evolving market needs. Couture brings deep expertise in CTV ad serving, programmatic media, and privacy-first solutions, having most recently served as Director of Product at Springserve (now part of Magnite). During her tenure, she spearheaded the company’s transition from desktop and mobile to CTV leadership, driving key platform integrations – including measurement solutions, pre-bid API implementations, and DSP certifications, while developing cutting-edge solutions such as the Tiles ad format, now featured across millions of Vizio TVs.
In her new role at Digital Remedy, Couture will focus on defining and executing strategic product roadmaps to enhance the company’s tech-driven digital offerings. She will drive efficiency and performance tracking through key KPIs while optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI-driven product investments. By leveraging customer feedback, Couture will identify emerging market trends and opportunities to ensure that agency and brand clients have access to the most cutting-edge CTV and digital media capabilities. Additionally, she will lead cross-team collaboration to deliver high-impact product solutions that elevate client success and drive continued innovation.
“I’m thrilled to join Digital Remedy at such an exciting time for the industry,” said Couture. “With the rapid evolution of streaming, precise audience targeting, and evolving privacy standards, we have a tremendous opportunity to develop data-driven solutions that proactively address market demands and maximize operational performance. I’m looking forward to collaborating with the team to drive strategic innovation and deliver measurable value for our partners.”
“Together, Mike and Tanya bring a wealth of experience in growth, innovation, and customer-centric solutions, further strengthening Digital Remedy’s position as a leader in the digital marketing space,” said Mike Seiman, CEO at Digital Remedy. “Their appointments reflect our commitment to driving innovation, enhancing customer success, and scaling our product offerings to meet the evolving needs of brands and agencies.”
