Alida (formerly Vision Critical), creator of the world’s first Customer Experience Management (CXM) & Insights platform, today announced it has been selected as a 2021 “Best Company Outlook” winner from Comparably, ranking #2 on the “Best 50” list of small/mid-sized companies. Additionally, Alida won two more awards for Best Marketing Team and Best Product and Design Team.
Comparably analyzed over 10 million anonymous employee ratings across tens of thousands of North American companies and selected the Top 100 highest-rated organizations for Best Company Outlook in 2021. Rankings were derived from sentiment ratings provided by current employees about the company’s outlook (how confident they feel about the future success of their company) and the Employee Net Promoter Score (how likely they are to recommend working at their company to a friend). Alida received exceptionally high ratings from its employees for both categories, earning a top spot on the list.
Comparably’s “Best Marketing Teams” and “Best Product & Design Teams” were derived from sentiment ratings by direct employees within its Marketing and Product teams who anonymously rated their departments from over the past 12 months. Winners were chosen based on comprehensive workplace questions in core culture categories, such as compensation, leadership, professional development, work-life balance, perks & benefits, and more. Alida placed an A+ across all categories for both the Marketing and Product & Design teams.
“Receiving the 2021 Comparably awards for Best Company Outlook and Best Marketing and Products Teams is a testament to how fortunate Alida is to have highly dedicated and passionate employees who make our company an exceptional place to work,” said Ross Wainwright, CEO at Alida. “Through the past year, our company culture has remained a key focus and we are thrilled to see Alida land as the highest rated Canadian company on the list. We look forward to building on this momentum through the year.”
Alida celebrates and defines its core corporate values — Bold, Empathetic, Curious and Authentic — as its ‘North Star’, guiding the beliefs and philosophies that drive the business forward. Leading with empathy, Alida’s employees deeply believe in making decisions with their customers, not for them. Alida also uses its own technology to listen and understand its global employees through consistent feedback, making informed decisions to better the workplace. The company looks forward to its continued investment in people and culture through 2021.
“Our Best Places to Work Awards represent the top-rated organizations in various workplace culture categories,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “Despite a challenging year due to the pandemic, Alida has remained flexible, innovative, and focused on the growth of the business while maintaining great company culture.”
