Traction Guest Launches First Partner Certification Program

Traction Guest, today is proud to announce the Visitor Management industry’s first partner certification program. This new certification program, an extension of the company’s Catalyst Partner Program, includes 3 levels of core training and over 23 individual sessions covering sales, technical, and industry knowledge.

Leveraging the recently launched Guest Campus infrastructure, the program helps Catalyst Partners better address mutual customers’ complex workforce security challenges. Training will address a range of advanced topics including: managing multi-site deployments, developing custom API integrations, supporting touchless workflows, structuring advanced security watchlists, and more.

Traction Guest’s Workforce Security Platform provides partners and customers with access to APIs allowing them to reimagine security processes and integrate 3rd party functionality seamlessly. Using its low-code platform, Traction Guest’s customers and partners have developed hundreds of sophisticated workflows that integrate across multiple access control systems, denied party screening watchlists, contractor certification portals, spacebooking tools, and more.

The Catalyst Partner Program, launched in July 2020, was designed to support industry leading partners in delivering unique market-facing workforce security solutions to enterprise organizations around the world. The program supports an ecosystem of independent software vendors, technology solutions vendors, value added resellers, security integrators, professional services providers and affiliates in the development, sale, deployment and marketing of enterprise solutions leveraging the Traction Guest platform.
