Bounteous, a leading insights-driven digital transformation agency, has been named to Ad Age’s 2021 Best Places to Work list, an annual ranking of companies that lead the pack in culture, benefits, and other key factors. Bounteous placed in the top set of companies with more than 200 employees for digital agency businesses.
Companies expected a lot from staffers in 2020, but the best employers on Ad Age’s list stepped up to the challenge. From work-from-home enablement to open-floor discussions about diversity and inclusion, those on the list went above and beyond to support their employees amid the global pandemic and the national racial justice movement.
“At Bounteous, we are ensuring that underrepresented groups have the necessary support and resources, providing safe spaces for team members to feel seen and heard, and continuing to celebrate the differences of others, while steadily growing and diversifying our teams,” said Melinda Ramos, VP of Learning and Diversity at Bounteous. “This past year, our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion council, B: You, provided guidance and oversight for policy improvement, team member acquisition and retention, branding and marketing, brave space facilitated discussions, employee match programs for Black Lives Matter and Campaign Zero, and served as a partner for expanding our allyship and affinity group memberships.”
This is Bounteous’ second consecutive year to make the Ad Age Best Places to Work list. Bounteous has increased its percentage in female and minority/multicultural team members by 17 and 130 percent, respectively, from 2019 to 2020.
Ad Age’s scoring system factors in the importance of six key satisfaction areas: company culture, company environment, employee benefits, employee development, employee engagement, and employee perks.
The Best Places to Work winners reflect the highest overall numerical scores based on an analysis of questionnaires submitted by employers and survey responses from their employees. The surveys are conducted by third-party market research firm Latitude Research.
