MonitorBase Hires Taps Rick Webster as Chief Revenue Officer

MonitorBase, a pioneer in direct-marketing and client-retention solutions in mortgage banking hires Rick Webster as their new chief revenue officer (CRO). Webster, having a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and technology in the mortgage-industry would help MonitorBase to further advance sales and marketing initiatives.

Webster has over 20 years of experience in renowned mortgage banking companies including NationPoint-First Franklin, Trust and Doorway Home Loans, and NationPoint-First Franklin. He was a key contributor and leader in those firms.

During 2016-2018 Webster founded and co-led Neudesic Media Group which is a successful B2B digital advertising sales platform. He took charge of the sales, marketing, and operations team. With a talented team, he could tide over a challenging economy and the company developed into a multimillion-dollar business with growth and profitability in each year.

Webster has graduated from San Francisco State University with Bachelor of Arts in Communication. He started his career working with Bargain Network as a Sales Manager from 1996-99. Webster was promoted to the Sales Director of Bargain Network in 2002. Before this tenure, he was the vice president, digital media sales for the digital marketing platform PriceSpider. The company provided buyer behavior insights and customer purchase data to their clients. It is assumed, with power leadership qualities and years of experience Webster would lead MonitorBase to a new high during his tenure.
