With a career span of +25 years in various fields from finance, leasing to automotive, of which the last 14 years were spent within the well-know leasing company LeasePlan, where he held several roles, Costin Rotaru decided to accept the challenge of Rainbowidea and join the agency starting with January this year.

Throughout his career, Costin has successfully built from scratch products and solutions that performed in the global companies where he held various roles. Due to the trust he has received to test his entrepreneurial spirit, Costin led to the positioning of the companies where he worked as market leaders.

The common shared values ​​with Rainbowidea led me to choose them as LeasePlan Romania’s marketing services provider. For two years they have promptly delivered premium services to me as a customer. We ran a series of events, campaigns and projects together that have increased the awareness of LeasePlan Romania and I saw their way of working, got to know the team, made mistakes and learned alongside them.
