The Best Digital Experience Platforms of the Year

experience management

SoftwareReviews, a leading source for insights on the software provider landscape, has published its 2022 Digital Experience Data Quadrant. Seven providers in the enterprise and midmarket spaces have been identified as Gold Medalists based on feedback gathered from software buyers.

Digital experience platforms enable organizations to manage the overall experience of the web user and facilitate business processes that manage, deliver, and optimize digital experiences on a website. Digital experience platforms (DXPs) were previously referred to as web experience management (WEM).

On SoftwareReviews’ Data Quadrant, software providers are ranked by a composite satisfaction score (composite score or CS) that averages four different areas of evaluation: Net Emotional Footprint, Vendor Capabilities, Product Features, and Likeliness to Recommend. The digital experience software providers with the top CS scores are recognized as Gold Medalists for the year.

The 2022 Enterprise Digital Experience Software Gold Medalists are as follows:

  • Enonic, 8.7 CS, for web publishing capabilities.
  • Magnolia, 8.4 CS, for digital asset management.
  • Progress Sitefinity, 8.3 CS, for content security.
  • WordPress VIP, 8.3 CS, for social media integration.

The 2022 Midmarket Digital Experience Software Gold Medalists are as follows:

  • Percussion CMS8, 8.7 CS, for product strategy and rate of improvement.
  • Concrete CMS, 8.7 CS, for its management interface.
