IntelePeer appoints Geoff Chretien to SVP of Channels

IntelePeer, a leading provider of AI-powered communications automation solutions, announces the appointment of Geoff Chretien to Senior Vice President of Channels. An accomplished sales leader with more than twenty-five years of experience in the communications, cloud software, and SaaS industries, Chretien will oversee IntelePeer’s channel sales team, while facilitating further growth and development, fostering channel relationships, and expanding partnerships.

“As we lead our customers on their AI and communications automation journeys, we’re working closely with our partners to ensure they have the tools, such as our complimantary AI Intent Study, to provide meaningful guidance to their clients,” said IntelePeer President and CEO, Frank Fawzi. “Geoff is at the forefront of partner advocacy, possessing key relationships with senior executives within the channel and has in-depth knowledge about the complexities found in a customer service environment. Geoff’s experience, noteworthy accomplishments and accolades are top notch, and we’re confident his leadership and skillset will be instrumental in ensuring the strength of our network.”

Chretien is highly knowledgeable of the SaaS and CCaaS markets. Prior to IntelePeer, he was at Genesys, serving as the company’s Vice President of Partner Sales North America. Before that position, he was Vice President, Channel Sales. Likewise, his experience includes tenure at NICE inContact as the Vice President Channel Sales. Chretien holds a BS in Business Administration, Marketing and Finance from Florida Southern College.
