Dialpad, Inc.—the industry-leading Ai-Powered Customer Intelligence Platform—has been named to the Inc. 2023 Best in Business list in the program’s first-ever AI & Data category. The award honors companies that have made an extraordinary impact in their fields and on society and recognized Dialpad for its efforts in putting purpose ahead of profit.
Year after year, Dialpad explores ways to expand its Dialpad for Good initiatives, offering programs for entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and community leaders looking to scale revenue or impact. Earlier this year, Dialpad announced the expansion of its Tech for Black Founders (TFBF) program, supporting underrepresented founders and small businesses in and beyond the technology sector by providing free access to Dialpad’s best-in-class business phone and video meetings. To date, the program has worked with over 140 Black-owned businesses across the U.S. and Canada, in a range of industries from tech, finance, and real estate, to community businesses, accounting for over $700K offered per year in free products and discounts.
